Easier evolution

Change management is a key success factor for projects that bring new information systems, processes or technology infrastructures to an organization.  The experience we have built up in this type of project has enabled us to develop a full range of change management services covering all areas of marketing, publicity, communication, training and dissemination.

We have a cross-cutting change management department, which is independent of project teams. Its mission is to facilitate the assimilation of these new technologies and procedures. It is able to act in relation to external and internal users and has a specific methodology for this type of project.

Through the sponsorship of key players in the customer company, change management enables users and third parties to overcome initial obstacles and bring about improvements in the use and operation of the systems, thus supporting the customer in meeting its strategic objectives and ensuring effective management of expectations.
