Located at the beginning of Avenida Diagonal, the nerve center of the most trendy area of Barcelona, Diagonal Zero Zero tower will be an office tower 110m tall with 24 floors, diamond shape and glass façade, designed by Catalan architect Enric Massip-Bosch.
Ayesa is performing the project management, with the main functions of managing and controlling the cost of the works, meeting deadlines for completion and assure the quality of the construction and aesthetics of the work performed.

Diagonal Zero Zero tower will have an area of 24.190m² above ground level and 8.750m² below ground level with 350 parking spaces, and have an occupation provided for more than 1,500 people.
The building is built according to strict criteria and bioclimatic energy use.
